If you own Transamerica Life's IMS Segregated funds the following will be of interest to you.

Transamerica Life's IMS Segregated funds are no longer available for sale. While no new purchases were allowed or additional contributions allowed after March 2001, existing owners of IMS policies may continue existing deposits and change investments within their IMS family of funds. The fund list below outlines the choices that an existing policy holder has.

In the fund chart below, No Load indicates that possibly an up front fee was paid by you on your purchase of that fund and DSC, which stands for Deferred Sales Charge indicates that your funds had a declining deferred sales charge which would now be 0% because of the passage of time. If you are re-balancing your funds, you must choose the fund code that corresponds to the type of policy that you originally purchased.
